    • Warranty applies only to units officially distributed by the manufacturer (does not cover gray-market imports without official certification).

  3. Warranty Process

    • Customer brings the watch and supporting documents to an authorized service center or official retailer.

    • Technician inspects and diagnoses the issue, then informs the customer of the estimated repair time and any parts replacement needed.

    • Once service is complete, the customer signs off and collects their device. Average turnaround is 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the repair.

  4. Exclusions

    • Damage from drops, impacts, fire, or any liquid ingress beyond the watch’s rated water resistance.

    • Unauthorized disassembly or repair by non-authorized service providers.

    • Normal wear-and-tear parts such as straps or minor scratches on the housing or glass.

    • Warranty card that is altered, tampered with, or whose serial number no longer matches the device.

  5. Extended and Enhanced Warranty Options
