Smartwatch Warranty Service
Scope of Warranty
Free coverage for defects in materials and workmanship that arise during the warranty period.
Replacement or repair of major components (display, mainboard, sensors, battery, etc.) when the fault is confirmed to be manufacturing-related.
Standard warranty term is typically 12–24 months from the date of purchase (varies by brand and model).
Eligibility Requirements
Product must still be within its warranty period and carry a valid warranty card or sticker, with original packaging and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or warranty certificate) clearly showing purchase date and authorized dealer information.
Warranty applies only to units officially distributed by the manufacturer (does not cover gray-market imports without official certification).
Warranty Process
Customer brings the watch and supporting documents to an authorized service center or official retailer.
Technician inspects and diagnoses the issue, then informs the customer of the estimated repair time and any parts replacement needed.
Once service is complete, the customer signs off and collects their device. Average turnaround is 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the repair.
Exclusions
Damage from drops, impacts, fire, or any liquid ingress beyond the watch’s rated water resistance.
Unauthorized disassembly or repair by non-authorized service providers.
Normal wear-and-tear parts such as straps or minor scratches on the housing or glass.
Warranty card that is altered, tampered with, or whose serial number no longer matches the device.
Extended and Enhanced Warranty Options
Customers may purchase an extended-warranty plan to lengthen coverage or add protection (e.g., against accidental drops or water damage).
Extended plans generally must be purchased within 30–90 days of the original purchase date.
Post-Warranty Support
Paid repair services are available once the standard or extended warranty has expired.
Technical assistance via hotline or online chat for usage guidance and basic troubleshooting.
